We are looking for a highly motivated individual who demonstrates passion and previous experience in children and family ministry. A high level of leadership ability is essential as you will be providing direction to the Children and Family Ministries (CFM) Department as well as supporting students in the CFM Emphasis program. This position affords opportunity to grow and develop this program for the future through your creativity and expertise.
You will be responsible for the Children’s Ministry Certificate (CMC) one year program, including providing pastoral care to students, coordinating classes and facilitating ministry. Proficient skills in administration, organization and classroom instruction are crucial. Playing an active role in promotion and recruitment for this program will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a yearly renewable 0.6 contract position with the possibility of additional administrative and teaching responsibilities up to a full-time position.
Qualifications: A Masters Degree, in a related field, from an accredited institution combined with two or more years of children and family ministry is preferred.
