Rev. Luc Poirier
Assistant Superintendant


Pastor Luc Poirier has been pastoring for the last 18 years in Beresford, NB. He pioneered and pastored the church in Richibucto (now Bouctouche) from 1986-1993. He was the assistant pastor in Shédiac (Centre Nouvelle Vie) from 1985-91. Pastor Luc is married to Valerie and they have 4 children; Laura, Rebecca, Jérémie and Ruth.

Carmen Crockett

In response to the call of God on his life to full-time ministry, Pastor Crockett attended Zion Bible Institute located in East Providence, Rode Island where he received a three year diploma in pastoral ministries in 1981.

In 1986 Pastor Carmen married the love of his life Colleen and they now have three wonderful daughters and two great son in-laws. All of them are pursuing God’s calling on their lives.
With over 25 years of fulltime ministry experience, Carmen and Colleen moved to Cole Harbour to become the pastor of Evangel in 2010. He has a deep passion for people and a strong desire to lead the church into being both structured with excellence and open to the voice of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Crockett also serves as an executive member for the Maritime District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. He enjoys a good game of golf (if there is such a thing) and having friends over for board games.

Rev. Mitch Lewis

Mitch and his wife Lorraine have been in ministry for 18 years. They have two wonderful girls. They both graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in 1988. He began his ministry with Teen Challenge in Toronto. He served as a Youth Pastor for 6 years and for the past 12 years has served as Lead Pastor. Presently he gives pastoral leadership to Crossroads Gospel Temple, Amherst NS.

Rev. Paul Pattison

Paul and Vennessa Pattison serve as lead pastors of Glad Tidings Church, Moncton, where it is their privilege to minister alongside a gifted team of co-workers and friends, They have two sons: Benjamin and Alexander.

David Martin

After studying music at university for a year, David went on to pursue theological studies at Bible College. From 2002 to 2005, he served as youth pastor in Beresford NB, while also being involved in Camp Escuminac (Quebec District-PAOC). In 2005, he accepted the call to pastor the congregation in Dieppe, NB, where he still ministers with his wonderful wife Nathalie. David’s ministerial involvement in that area also involves supervising a campus ministry at the Université of Moncton. He most recently completed graduate studies in the field of theology. His passion for ministry is to see the work of Christ flourish, especially among the Acadian nation and the francophone world. When the opportunities arise, he enjoys travelling to help out overseas missions, bringing support mostly in the area of teaching.

Peter Snow

Peter grew up on the South Shore of Montreal where he faithfully attended Greenfield Park Pentecostal Church with his parents (Jim & Shirley), brother (Jeff) and sister (Joanne). Saved at the age of 5, Holy Spirit baptized at the age of 16 and called to the ministry at the age of 20, Peter attended E.P.B.C. in Peterborough and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Theology degree. He didn’t only leave Peterborough with a degree, he left with a beautiful wife named Wanda (ministerial diploma 1993) who has been his love and partner in ministry since they were married in 1993.

Their 3 boys, Gregory (1995), Brandon (1997) and Taylor (1998) keep Peter and Wanda busy, entertained and most of all blessed. “We have been privileged with wonderful children who support and help us in our ministry lives.”

After Peter’s graduation in 1995, the Snow family followed the Lord’s leading and moved to the Maritimes to take a position as youth pastor at Kingsway Assembly in Kentville, Nova Scotia in January of 1996. Another youth position in Bridgewater followed before moving to a senior pastor role in New Bandon, New Brunswick. Peter also served in Western Shore and Windsor before accepting his present position in Lockeport Nova Scotia in February of 2009.

Peter and Wanda have a strong desire for preaching the Word, ministry to youth, passionate worship and solid discipleship. They give thanks to God for His many blessings through the years and His protective hand during a house fire in Windsor in 2006.

Peter enjoys playing golf, refereeing for Hockey Nova Scotia and Wanda has a general hairdresser licence with the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia and runs her own salon called, “New Creations”

Rev. Duane Collicott

Duane and Heather serve as pastors of Evangel Assembly in Fredericton, NB. The Collicotts have served congregations in several communities in the Maritimes, with this being their second ‘tour of duty’ in New Brunswick’s capital city.

Duane and Heather maintain an active role in their community, and enjoy helping the followers of Jesus work in the world as salt and light. When he grows up, Duane wants to serve as the chaplain of the Green Bay Packers.

Rev. Phil Taylor

Phil and his wife Kim have three children, Korianna, Jennika and Peter. They all live in Charlottetown , Prince Edward Island where Phil is a Pastor at Calvary Church.
