This year's District Conference (Annual Business Meeting) will be held on June 16, ​10 AM-12 PM. The meeting will take place online via Zoom.

We encourage all our pastors to  join us for a special prayer meeting before the meeting begins.

Business Reports

You can download the 2025 Financial Statements and Business reports by clicking here. Credential holders have been emailed the password via the District newsletter. If you did not receive the newsletter, contact us to gain access.

Lay Delegates

Churches with a membership of fifty or fewer are entitled to send one lay delegate to the conference, and churches with a membership of more than fifty are entitled to two lay delegates. A letter from the Lead Pastor or Secretary of the Board/Pastor’s Council confirming the appointment of the lay delegate(s) must be submitted at registration.

 

Registration

There is no registration fee, but we ask that all attendees register to establish the meeting roster.  Each individual attending is asked to complete the registration (ie: spouses must complete a seperate registration.
